I can't view Web pages Click on Start. Go to Settings on the Start menu. Click Control Panel. Double-click on Internet/Internet Options. Click the Clear History button. Click Delete Files and OK on the "Delete all offline content" after putting check in that box. Click Settings. Click View Files. Click Edit on the top menu. Click Select All. This will highlight all cookies in the window. Click on Delete or press the Delete key one time on the keyboard. Close Window. Click OK on the other windows. Click Start, Shutdown/Turn Off, Restart. If this procedure does not resolve the issue, try the following: Click the Server Types or Networking tab. Make sure the only boxes checked are Enable Software Compression and TCP/IP. Click the TCP/IP button. In the Domain Name Server section, click the option Specify Name Server Addresses. Use the following addresses: Alternate/Secondary DNS: 137.118.1.33 Click OK. Click the General tab. Make sure the phone number is inserted correctly--no spaces or other characters. Make sure there is no check in a box for dial using area code, unless you dial long-distance. Click OK. Close Dial-up Networking. Click Start, Shutdown/Turn Off, Restart. Connect once the computer is restarted. |
