Open Netscape Navigator. Click Edit and then Preferences. Click Mail & Newsgroups in the left column. Verify that you have the correct user name and e-mail address. Verify that the following names are used for the mail servers:

Incoming(POP3): pop.ctcweb.net
Outgoing(SMTP): smtp.ctcweb.net

Check to see that your e-mail address is entered in the following format: yourusernamehere@ctcweb.net
