How do I access my e-mail outside the local dial-up area?

CTC Telecom provides a convenient way for you to access your e-mail account if you are not in the local area, but have access to a computer that has a connection to the Internet. This is CTC's Web E-mail. The Web address for CTC Web E-mail is: webmail.ctcweb.net Here you will be asked for your username and password.
