Outlook 2003
Step 1
Click Tools, then click Email Accounts...

Step 2
Click New, then click Email Account

Select Add a new email account
Click Next

To set up a POP account, go to step 4, then step 6
To set up an IMAP account, go to step 5, then step 6

Select POP3
Click Next

Enter your name in the Your Name field
Enter your full email address in the Email Address field
Enter your full email address in the User Name field
Enter your password in the Password field

You may optionally set the Delivery options to your liking (useful if you use webmail often,
but they may cause your mailbox to reach its size limit).
If you do not understand how these settings work, use the default settings of unchecked

Check the This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL) checkbox
Enter 995 in the Incoming server (POP3) field
Select TLS from the Use the following type of encrypted connection dropdown box
Enter 587 in the Outgoing server (POP3) field
You may set the Delivery options as desired, but the default settings will work fine
(These options are useful if you want to access all your emails via Webmail, but may cause your mailbox to exceed the 100MB limit)
Click OK
Click Next

Step 6D
Both tests should complete without errors. If you do encounter an error, make sure you are connected to the Internet, then go back and make sure you didn't make any spelling mistakes. If you cannot figure out the problem, please call our office and we will be happy to help you.

CTC Webmail
You can access your email from any computer with an Internet connection through CTC's Webmail. To access CTC Webmail, go to www.ctcweb.net, and click on the Webmail tab in the upper right corner. Once logged into the system you can read, compose, and delete e-mails. There is a calender function provided for your convenience. This interface also provides a convenient way for you to modify your spam settings, and also to view spam that has been quarantined.
